The stovetop espresso maker can be found in almost every italian home.
The father of all stovetop espresso makers, Alfonso Bialetti, designed this classic coffee pot already in 1933. This original Bialetti stovetop coffee maker is still manufactured in Italy.
The Moka Express stovetop coffee maker is made of aluminium and works on all stoves except for induction.
Use finely ground dark roasted espresso coffee in the stovetop makers.
The Bialetti Moka Express is available in many different sizes: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 12 cups. One cup is equivalent of one small espresso, about 40-50 ml of coffee. Always fill the whole coffee funnel with coffee.
